Digital Product License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products purchased or downloaded from AVMDESIGNS (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or downloading any digital product from www.avmdesigns.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Ownership
All digital products remain the intellectual property of AVMDESIGNS.
This Agreement grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the files or designs.
2. License Types
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products are provided under the following licenses:
A. Personal Use License
You are permitted to:
✔ Download and use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes
✔ Print the artwork for personal use only
✔ Use the product for home décor or personal projects
You may not:
✖ Sell, share, or redistribute the files
✖ Upload the files to any website, marketplace, or cloud sharing platform
✖ Modify and resell the product as your own
B. Commercial Use License (If Purchased)
If a Commercial License is included or purchased separately, you are permitted to:
✔ Use the product in commercial projects
✔ Print and sell physical end products (posters, framed prints, merchandise)
✔ Use the product for client projects
You may not:
✖ Resell, share, or distribute the digital files in any format
✖ Claim the designs as your own
✖ Use the product in logo or trademark registration
3. Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)
Under no circumstances may you:
- Resell or redistribute the digital files
- Share the files with others (free or paid)
- Include the files in bundles, templates, or digital products
- Upload files to stock websites, print-on-demand platforms, or marketplaces
- Use the designs for unlawful, offensive, or defamatory purposes
4. Modifications
You may modify the product for personal or commercial use (if licensed),
but modified versions remain subject to this Agreement and cannot be resold or redistributed as digital files.
5. No Refund for License Violations
Violations of this License Agreement will result in:
- Immediate termination of the license
- No refunds
- Possible legal action
6. Attribution
Attribution is not required, but is appreciated where possible.
7. Termination
AVMDESIGNS reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
AVMDESIGNS shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damages resulting from misuse of digital products
- Business losses or profit loss
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
